Matt Kendziuk

I've known Matt for years, but we really didn't become friends until we started hanging out through my next door neighbor Jonathan.  Matt's a cool kid, he comes from a Polish family like me and whenever we get together we have a good time.  One year when my parents and sister were out of town for her senior spring break I actually went over his house for Easter and while we were there him, his dad, and his granddad did shots of Crown Royal after dinner...and that right there is just a good group of Polish people. We have plenty of good memories from going out to the Kit Kat Klub and what not as well, but some of my favorite memories have to be from when we did a segment called School Soaps for the student news our senior year of high school.

For the most part School Soaps was just us doing random shit with little preparation with the hopes of getting a laugh or two out of some of our peers, and we did that pretty well I must say.  Every once in a while through, we would put out a pretty damn good segment.  The one that sticks out most is when we did a promotion for foreign language week.  We did this whole skit where I was dressed up in a cop costume and Matt and I would have different conversations in the various languages offered at our school with subtitles underneath.  It was pretty damn dumb, but it was one of the biggest hits of the year and even a lot of the teachers loved it.  We even had Jonathan in the last part of the video as Godzilla when we were speaking Japanese...it was an Eisenhower classic.

It's always good to see Matt when I come home from school because when the group of us go out and have some drinks, it's almost always a good time.  Look forward to doing that for many years to come sir.
